Leadership Certificate Program

Meadville Forging Company recently sent 25 employees from various shifts & locations to a Leadership Certificate Program, held at Edinboro University. The program included courses in Effective Communication, Leadership & Management, Working as a Team, & Basic Conflict Management. Each employee completed 32 hours of Leadership Training, and will use the lessons learned in their future endeavors at Meadville Forging Company.
