Press Operator
2nd Shift, 3rd Shift
Responsible for the safe operation of mechanical forging presses that range from 1,000 – 4,000 tons. The Operator is responsible for installing tooling and making necessary adjustments to meet part specifications. Requires employee to transfer hot steel billets, weighing 2 to 50 lbs., utilizing metal tongs. This employee is the leader of the press crew.
CNC Machine Operator
2nd Shift, 3rd Shift
Responsible for learning how to safely and efficiently operate machines to meet quality and customer requirements. Ability to identify quality issues and adjust the machines accordingly to ensure low scrap volume.
Electrical Controls Engineer
2nd Shift, 3rd Shift
This position is responsible for the electrical design and programming of new automated equipment including robotics, vision systems and auto gauging, as well as the continuous improvement of the existing equipment used in the forging and machining processes. Assist maintenance and production team members when the need arises, whether pertaining to improvements, quality, production or maintenance. Perform job safely with little supervision.
Steel Handler
3rd Shift
Responsible for the material flow of incoming and outgoing steel in the Steel Yard. Responsible for operating 5 CNC saws.
Die Operator
1st Shift, 3rd Shift
Responsible to learn how to operate machines safely, efficiently and effectively to meet quality and customer requirements. Have the ability to identify quality issues and adjust the machines accordingly to ensure low scrap volume. Able to safely perform the job with minimal supervision.
CNC Mill Operator
1st Shift, 3rd Shift
The CNC Mill Operator is responsible for the safe operation and programing of CNC Mills efficiently and effectively to meet quality and customer requirements. Additionally, the Operator will identify quality issues and adjust the machines accordingly to ensure low scrap volume.
Maintenance Mechanic
2nd Shift, 3rd Shift
The main duty of the Maintenance Mechanic is to maintain production equipment by ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Responsible for installing, repairing and monitoring forging and trim press machinery. The main goal of this position is to increase production uptime.
