Electrical Controls Engineer
1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift
This position is responsible for the electrical design and programming of new automated equipment including robotics, vision systems and auto gauging, as well as the continuous improvement of the existing equipment used in the forging and machining processes. Assist maintenance and production team members when the need arises, whether pertaining to improvements, quality, production or maintenance. Perform job safely with little supervision.

Responsible to learn how to operate CNC machines safely, efficiently and effectively to meet quality and customer requirements. Have the ability to identify quality issues and adjust the machines accordingly to ensure low scrap volume. Able to safely perform the job with minimal supervision.
Maintenance Mechanic
3rd Shift
The main duty of the Maintenance Mechanic is to maintain production equipment by ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Responsible for installing, repairing and monitoring forging and trim press machinery. The main goal of this position is to increase production uptime.
Maintenance Technician
2nd Shift, 3rd Shift
The key responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are to troubleshoot and repair robotic and CNC equipment as well as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems. Additional responsibilities include participating in predictive and preventative maintenance programs. The Maintenance Technician will also assist in developing effective preventative maintenance programs, determining root cause of equipment failures and implementing permanent corrective repairs.
Technician One (Electrical Technician)
2nd Shift
The Technician One is a member of the Maintenance Department. The main functions are to support Production, minimize downtime, conduct preventative Maintence and seek continuous quality improvement.
