Engineering
The MFC engineering team has extensive experience in die
and forging design. This enables us to be extremely flexible
in initiating the design process. We can work from a customer's
existing forging drawings or use a part itself as the basis,
analyzing and recommending the most efficient process for
manufacture.
All members of the engineering team use computer-aided design
to develop die and part designs. Drawings are converted to
CNC data and transmitted to the appropriate machine tool for
die sinking or machining of the forging.
